Win Sure Summer Essentials terms and conditions
1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except agents or employees of the Promoter, their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter you must complete the online entry form at www.sureforwomen.co.uk/kit. One entry per household. No applications from agents or organised groups or bulk or third party applications will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry rules will not be accepted.
3. The closing dates for receipt of entries by the promoter is midnight (GMT), Saturday 30th June. Forms received after this date shall not accepted into the draw.
4. Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated companies can be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted, delayed or lost entries. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of sending not accepted as proof of receipt.
5. There is one first prize of a Sure Summer Essentials kit worth £1000 containing: 1 pair of Prada sunglasses, Chanel makeup, a Mulberry purse, an Evian spritzer, a Tiffany compact mirror, an emergency mobile charger and some organic white chocolate plus some other prizes.
6. There are 100 runner up prizes, each comprising 1 x biorhythm anti-perspirant aerosol (150ml size) to be won as well.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes or any element of them for alternative prizes or elements of equal or greater value.
7. The prize draw will take place on 03/07/07. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries will win the main prize and the next 100 entries drawn will each receive a runners-up prize. The decision of the judge is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
8. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of the draw. The winners must claim the prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The prizes are not transferable and there is no alternative in cash or kind.
9. Winners’ details (name and county) can be obtained within 7 weeks from the published closing date by sending a stamped SAE to: Sure Essentials Promotion, Craik Jones, 120 Regent Street, London W1B 5RY (please do not send entries to this address).
10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
